Whether it’s prehistoric monsters of the Arctic depths, or speedy warm water predators of the Mediterranean, the Penn Retaliate lever drag jigging reel is the weapon that you cannot go into battle without. As you would expect from PENN, every single part of the Retaliate jigging reel has been manufactured to precise standards using only high-quality materials. Strength and durability come as standard thanks to a fully forged aluminium body, a CNC-machine aluminium spool, and stainless steel main and pinion gear. The compact size of the reel, achieved by integrating the palm side plate and the frame, puts that all-important drag lever within easy reach, allowing you to easily stop your bait on the drop and get straight into jigging at whatever depth you choose. Our Dura-Drag system and 8+1 shielded stainless steel ball bearings complete the reel and ensure long-lasting performance in almost any harsh saltwater conditions. Don’t go into battle without it.
